The bad guys are always trying to steal your money. Fraudsters continue to pretend to be Gain to separate you from your money.
Do NOT share banking details with unexpected callers or text messagers.
Hang up! Don't reply. Even if strangers represent themselves or their phone number as Gain, if you are not expecting to hear from us, that person may be trying to steal your money.
The security of your account is in your hands. Fraudsters NEED more details - from you - for their bad deeds. Don't give them a chance. There is no harm in refusing a strange message and contacting the credit union through official channels (found at GainFCU.com/Contact).
If ANYTHING feels wrong or unexpectedly urgent do not respond, hang up, contact the Credit Union, and ask for assistance.
And in the case that it's really us that you've hung up on.... don't worry! We won't be upset with you and will more than likely offer you a high five. Account protection starts with you.
