Website Privacy Statement

Gain Federal Credit Union values your interest in learning more about our products and services and we are committed to protecting the personal privacy of the visitors to our website. It is our policy to limit the collection and storage of personal information to the information that is necessary for us to administer our business, provide you with quality service, and offer you opportunities we think might be of interest to you.

When you visit any website, your "Internet Protocol (IP) address" is recorded. We collect IP addresses for the sole purpose of tracking information and to compile statistics to help us improve the site so that its users will find it more helpful and informative. What this means for you: When you open or make changes to an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
